At this recent Gordon Ramsey venture, the menu includes some heartwarming familiar British dishes, including shepherd's pie, beef wellington and sticky toffee pud. The Sunday roast is legendary. Head to the back of the dining room past the anonymous brown banquettes to marble tables or an outside terrace overlooking the water. Bread Street is located near the entrance to Lost Chambers.

　　Families take note: the kids' menu (Dhs55) here is healthier than most, with broccoli and carrots making an appearance in between the mac 'n cheese and burgers.
