　　This well-run, friendly brewpub with central horseshoe bar draws a loyal combination of beer hounds and local MSU students. The Lee Metcalfe Pale Ale is a firm favorite and there are lots of food specials, including great pizza ($11 to $21). The upstairs deck is a top place to hang if you can find a seat.

　　Happy hour is from 2pm to 4pm.
