　　Designed by Emeril Lagasse, Delmonico Steakhouse is a reliable classic on the Venetian's restaurant row. Big oak doors open into a vaulted ceiling space and Creole-inflected appetizers include New Orleans–style shrimp and gumbo, although steaks are the real star. Cocktail and whiskey lists are for connoisseurs. Reservations essential.
