Follow your nose to the bubbling vat of meats and go for the artery-choking campechano (mixed beef and sausage taco). For the more adventurous eater, there are ojo (eye) or their speciality lengua (tongue) tacos; for vegetarians, there are nopales (cactus paddles). Be prepared to queue.
