Located on rough-and-ready Baxters Rd, Pink Star is famous among locals for being the cheapest place in town to fill your stomach. It opens in the evenings and runs through to dawn serving liver cutters (sandwiches), fried chicken necks and steppers (chicken feet) to the drunk and hungry masses. It's the Caribbean version of an all-night greasy-kebab spot.

　　There are some more palatable options too, and it's worth coming for the ambience alone. Walk past the takeaway bar at the front to find a small lounge area at the back – you're guaranteed to meet some characters.
