Insurance premium

For all bookings with an amount, per passenger, between 25,000 euros and 50,000 euros, the only insurance proposed is Ponant’s Premium Multi-risk package. In the event of a booking originally subscribed on the basis of an amount of les than 25,000 euros per person, and exceeding this threshold, the contract will automatically be transferred to PREMIUM Multi-risk – the only contract covering an amount exceeding 25,000 euros per passenger. Premium Multi-risk Premium Ponant premium: 6.10%. For amounts exceeding 50,000 euros per person, the amount of the insurance is only available on request.

To reserve your cabin and lock in the final price, you will be required to place a deposit on your cruise. After you have placed a deposit to secure your reservation, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance of your fare at the final payment due date.

Cancellation and Refunds

Penalties may apply if you cancel or change your reservation. Penalties can be up to 100% of the amount paid, and deposits are often non-refundable. Main Dining Room Policies: Ponant cruise vessels offer a sit-down, French-style dinner each evening, and breakfast can be delivered to your stateroom on request, or is available in the form of a buffet at the restaurant. Lunch is also buffet style.

Dress Code: The dress code is always up to each passenger’s discretion.

Beverage Policy: Mineral water, tea, coffee, a selection of white, red and rosé wines offered during meals and afternoon tea is included.
