Informally known as Abrolhos Ilsands, Houtman Abrohols is a chain of 122 islands and associated coral reefs. It is very important for seabird breeding and is the center of Western Australia's largest single species fishery, the western rock lobster fishery. The wide variety of flora and fauna draws many tourists to snorkel and dive, as well as visit some of Australia's most significant historical areas, such as the shipwreck of Batavia.
