Iles de Glenan, also known as the Glenan Islands, is an archipelago of nine islands found approximately 10 miles from the south coast of Finistere. While only accessible during the summer, the islands are well known for their sailing and diving schools. The main island, Saint Nicolas is also home to France's smallest nature reserve, founded in 1974 to protect the Glenan Narcissus, a unique indigenous flower.
