Mljet is one of the larger Croatian islands set in Southern Dalmatia. Over half of the island is covered in forestland, so the biggest attraction is the Mljet National Park located on the northwestern side. Visitors can walk through the pine forests and lush vegetation, and admire the beautiful saltwater lakes formed in depressions found below sea level. Explore the unspoiled shores from Saplunara Bay over to Blace Bay where guests will find a beach hidden by pine trees and stone. Admire the view from Odysseus' Cave, snorkel in the bays, enjoy meals of fresh fish at the harbor, or hop on a speed boat to Dubrovnick to take your journey farther.
