Turtle Bay's weekly luau features some impressive fire dancing.

For visitors to Hawaii, the luau is an experience that can’t be missed, with traditional cuisine and breathtaking fire and hula dancing. Below are a few of our favorite photos from the luaus we attended while covering Hawaii hotels.

The Hyatt Regency Maui’s Drums of the Pacific luau, which costs $96 to $119 for adults, includes a buffet dinner, unlimited drinks, and a live performance.

Chief Sielu Avea, one of the world’s most famous fire dancers, performs at the Marriott Ko Olina’s weekly Fia Fia Luau. He has appeared on a number of TV shows including Oprah and The Tonight Show.

The Grand Hyatt’s outdoor luau features dances, storytelling, and popular favorites like Don Ho’s hit,

The Sheraton Maui luau features a traditional pig roast.
