  Pudin Bhara

  

Pudin Bhara

  Ingredients

  2-3 ginger chunks

  ½ tea spoon mint caviar

  30 ml litchi crush/syrup

  90 ml cold black tea

  15 ml lime juice

  15 ml sugar syrup

  Top up with soda

  Method

  Crush the ginger and add it to a mixture of litchi crush, cold black tea, lime juice, and sugar syrup. Mix well and strain the liquid over ice cubes. Top it off with soda and garnish with mint caviar and mint leaves.

  Nimbu Anar Shikanji

  

Nimbu Anar Shikanji

  Ingredients

  10-12 fresh mint leaves

  45 ml mint syrup

  2 pinch black salt

  2 pinch chat masala

  3 tbsp pomegranate seeds

  45 ml grenadine (pomegranate syrup)

  Ice cubes

  Soda

  Method

  Put ice, mint, and pomegranate in a shaker and muddle them together. Add lime juice, mint syrup, sugar syrup, and chat masala. Shake. Pour into an ice-filled glass. Top with soda and serve chilled.

  Mattha

  

Mattha, a traditional buttermilk drink popular across the subcontinent

  Ingredients

  250 grams mattha (buttermilk)

  ½ tsp black salt

  ½ tsp roasted cumin

  8-9 coriander leaves

  Ice cubes as required

  Method

  Take a blender and add ice cubes, coriander leaves, black salt and roasted cumin and yoghurt. Blend it for 30–40 seconds. Pour the ready mixer into a tall glass and garnish it with roasted cumin, and serve chilled.

  Desh Ki Mitti Frappe

  

Desh Ki Mitti Frappe

  Ingredients

  Nutella- 30 gms

  Cold milk- 100 ml

  Ice cube- 100 gms

  Espresso- 30 ml

  Vanilla ice cream- 100 gms

  Chopped almonds

  Method

  Blend vanilla ice cream, cold milk, Nutella, espresso, and ice cubes until you have a smooth and creamy frappe. Pour your delicious frappe into a glass and garnish with chopped almonds for an extra textural delight.

  Godfather Iced Tea

Godfather Ice Tea

  Ingredients

  100 ml James Blond

  15 ml Vodka

  15 ml Gin

  15 ml White Rum

  15 ml Triple Sec

  15 ml Lime

  Method

  Add all the spirits in a Brandy Balloon glass with ice.

  Stir well.

  Top up with James Blond beer.

  Garnish with an orange slice.

  Mathania Highball

Mathania Highball

  Ingredients

  50 ml Godawan 01

  20 ml Mathania Chilli Peach

  20 ml Lime Juice

  Ginger Ale to top up

  Mint Sprig to garnish

  Method

  Build the drink in a Highball glass and start by pouring the Godawan 01 Rich & Rounded whisky over ice.

  Add the Mathania Chilli Peach syrup and squeeze 20 ml of fresh lime juice.

  Stir the mixture gently with a bar spoon and top up with ginger ale.

  Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve chilled.

  Honey Mango Margarita

Honey Mango Margarita

  Ingredients

  45 ml Pistola Agave

  15 ml Cointreau

  ½ cup Mango chunks

  30 ml Honey

  10 ml Lime juice

  1 cup Crushed ice

  Mango Slice to garnish

  Method

  Blend all the ingredients together with ice in a blender.

  Pour into a glass, garnish with a mango slice and serve.
