How to Enroll in the Program: It is really very simple and convenient. The cost of the program will be automatically included in your final invoice. Payment for this program cannot be accepted after final trip payment or commencement of the penalty period.
To purchase the Oceania Cruises Travel Protection Program, all you need to do is pay for the plan cost with your final payment. The Trip Cancellation provisions take effect upon receipt of payment. All other provisions take effect upon the departure date.
Important: This is only a brief description of the plan. This program is only valid if the appropriate plan cost has been paid to Oceania Cruises.

To reserve your cabin and lock in the final price, you will be required to place a deposit on your cruise. After you have placed a deposit to secure your reservation, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance of your fare at the final payment due date.

Cancellation and Refunds
Penalties may apply if you cancel or change your reservation. Penalties can be up to 100% of the amount paid, and deposits are often non-refundable. Oceania Cruises’ 5-star menus were created by the world-renowned master chef Jacques Pépin. Guests may choose to dine in any of the 4 open-seating dining rooms, with tantalizing menus featuring such delights as Roasted Quail stuffed with Black Truffle Mousseline, Ahi Tuna garnished with Tomato Chutney and Black Angus Sirloin Steak Provençale. To complement these gastronomic masterpieces, Oceania Cruises’ wine cellars hold a vast collection of vintages from around the world that even the most discerning oenophiles will appreciate.
Main Dining Room Policies: Oceania Cruises offers open seating between 6:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m
Dress Code: The dress code is always casual. Appropriate attire for men is slacks and a sports shirt, while women are advised to wear slacks and blouse, a sundress or a pantsuit. Please bear in mind that jeans are not acceptable attire.
Beverage Policy: Oceania Cruises guests always enjoy unlimited complimentary soft drinks, bottled water, specialty coffees, teas and juices on every sailing.
Special Requests: Special meals including diabetic, gluten-free, lactose-free, kosher, vegetarian and vegan can be requested. Kosher meals must be requested no later than 150 days prior to sailing for cruises outside the US and Europe, no later than 120 days prior to sailing for Europe cruises and cruises in the US. Other diets must be requested for approval and, in some cases, may require additional medical documentation.
All dining rooms onboard Oceania Cruises ships are smoke-free.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all staterooms and suites, on verandas, or in any area that is not specifically designated as a smoking area, which also includes all restaurants, lounges and the Casino. Smoking is only permitted on Deck 9 in the forward starboard corner of the Pool Deck, and on Deck 10 in the aft port corner of Horizons. Cigar and pipe smoking is only permitted on the forward starboard corner of the Pool Deck. The use of electronic cigarettes is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
Any guest who does not comply with this policy will be disembarked at the next port of call and may also be subject to fines imposed to cover the costs associated with damage to and the required cleanings of affected areas.
