Luganville is the second largest city in Vanuatu. The market place in the town center is the place to go to try cheap local foods and drinks. Head to the Lysepsep Culture Park to learn more about the first inhabitants of Santo, the Lysepsep. They grow about a meter tall and use their long hair a screen. Also, for snorkellers and divers, there is Million Dollar Point, a past dumping site for tons of US military equipment that has now been incorporated into a coral reef.
