Sometimes, we rent an Airbnb because were traveling and need a place to staysometimes, we rent it because its just supremely cool. Thats the case with Team Riley Headquarters, an Airbnb just outside Las Vegas, where you experience the full range of emotions with the Inside Out crew. It launches today and is planned to coincide with the release of Inside Out 2, all so you can make core memories.

　　Photograph: Damien Maloney So, how does this emotional control center work? Your host is Joy, who has an Airbnb profile that says she is a smile manufacturer with a fun fact: I dont cast a shadow. More than that, shes an Airbnb icon, which means shes the host of an extraordinary experience. Rather than just booking the Airbnb as you would ordinarily, you need to choose your date, add your guests, and then you need to explain why you want to goin other words, make a case for why you should be picked since there wont be endless bookings.

　　According to Airbnb, a number of people will be randomly selected from those who try to book the experience, and then their answers will be reviewed to see who has the strongest argument for their connection to the icon. Those who make the cut will then be contacted and invited to book for real. At that point, so long as you have an Airbnb account and the app and are living in an eligible country, youre all good. It costs nothing to try, so you may as well!

You can hang with Rileys emotions and control her emotion panel by pressing all the buttons and levers that get Joy joyful and Anger angry. Youll see the headquarters of every emotion and do a scavenger hunt that lets you build new core memories. 　　The booking opens bright and early (6am PT) on Tuesday, June 18 at airbnb.com/insideout2. and remains open through June 22 at 11:59am. If you win the booking, you must pay for your own travel to and from Las Vegas.
